Russ lends his logistical expertise from his background in the fire service, and as a keen foodie always knows the best places to eat.

Jane
Founder & Tour Curator
Jane created the Welsh Walking Company to offer small group walking holidays with a touch of luxury.
As a Welsh native with a passion for hiking, Jane uses her extensive travel industry experience to curate original and authentic walking tours that capture the true essence of Wales.
Russ
Operations Manager & Tour Host
After 30 years in the emergency services, Russ has swapped his uniform for walking boots. He now enjoys hiking and hosting our small group adventures.
An avid foodie, Russ is always on the hunt for great restaurants and local food experiences to share with our guests.
